Roger Bigwood
Founder, Sales and Managing Director
Roger founded InverOak in 2002, and as sales and managing director, his main role is to oversee and manage the company, whilst also undertaking much of the ‘front line’ sales.
Married, with five children, there is little time for hobbies, however Roger manages to cram into his spare time a range of activities including scuba diving, big game fishing and generally mucking about on boats. He is also interested in stocks and shares, and is a German speaker.
Jordon Lau
Business Development Director
As well as ensuring the smooth operation and management of day-to-day activities at InverOak, Jordon is also responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, developing new business opportunities, and is account manager to several clients.
Newly married, Jordon who is a former international athlete, maintains a high personal fitness level, and enjoys relaxing with family and friends.
Matt Broad
Technical Director
Matt heads up our engineering team, which is the technical brains behind our operation. Matt, who is an engineer, is also in charge of troubleshooting and designs and writes software programmes for new services.
Married with a baby boy, Matt is a keen football player and avid Man U fan.
Emma Mateer
Live Operations Manager
Emma manages the live operator side of the business. Her main responsibilities include heading up our ever increasing team of operators working in the psychic sector. Emma also works closely with Leanne in training and monitoring operators to ensure quality of service and compliance. With over 110 functioning operators there is little time for rest.
The only single in the team, albeit with many offers! Shopping, Travel and Socialising are what you'll find she does most of!
Abia Moloisane
Programmer / Network Engineer
As our newest engineer, aside from developing new applications and assisting Matt in maintaining network resilience; Abia also manages the statistical aspect of providing useful visibility to all areas of our clients' promotions. Having fulfilled a key role in South Africa in delopying the infrastructure of the first internet access in Lesotho, he also manages our network interconnects across 5 leading Tier 1 networks.
Married with two children Abia is a night owl that loves to learn new skills as well as polishing ones he already has developed. You'll often find him entrenched in technical books or in online developer forums that most of us would stay well away from!
