The Mindbox management team wanted to have a solution that could offer people convenient, affordable counselling and therapy, remotely available using a reliable digital platform and payment solution.

Supported Health were approached to provide a 1-2-1 remote therapy and counselling service, available over ‘phone, web chat and video 1-2-1 streaming, available 24 hours / day. The service is staffed by qualified and experienced counsellors, helping patients who may be suffering from anxiety, stress, panic attacks and lack self confidence. Mindbox have over 40 tried and tested techniques, developed by the experts, available over audio, video and journal sessions. The video 1-2-1 streaming element uses the same core technology currently being trialled by the NHS for remote patient diagnosis in the London area.

The technical solution is an extension of the solution Supported Business currently provides to other businesses who want to offer live advice, in the UK and abroad, where a cloud based platform – the InverOak gateway, provides a central remote agent management solution, where the IP has been developed in house and is owned by Supported Business.

The solution allows businesses to manage agents from anywhere in the World working remotely. A management web portal is available to help control agent teams centrally, which displays through an iFrame seen in the Mindbox website, the individual agents, with their profiles displayed for each, (including photos and/or short video intros), which also provides their qualifications, their specialisations and the unique PINs to connect with them.

The InverOak gateway can also provide an agent scheduling module, available through the management portal, where the bureau management team or supervisor can see who is currently in a consultation already or is available where agents can log in and log off. The solution can also be used to run the payroll for agents and the agents can also at any time check and see how many minutes of consultations they have done this month so far. All sessions are recorded and stored for future review. Full, close to real time reporting is also available through the management interface.

The solution launched late in 2017 and is offered as a “customer pays” service, charging to the customer’s ‘phone bill, (via premium rate) or to their credit or debit card. Customers can pay a subscription of £9.99 / month or £7.92 / month, (if they pay £95 annually, in advance.) This technology could also be offered free to the consumer, if required.The card payment solution is provided by Supported Business, using it’s merchant payment gateway, and PCI/DSS compliant solution, which handles card transactions from multiple markets, with payments taken by live operator, over web site and mobile.
